By accessing or using HumanAI (humanize.toolly.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all users, including free-tier users, paid subscribers, and API users. Additional terms may apply to specific features or tools.

HumanAI provides AI-powered tools including an AI Humanizer, AI Content Detector, Plagiarism Checker, and related utilities. Our tools are designed to help users produce and analyze text content.

We offer a free tier with daily usage limits and a paid subscription ($9.99/month) with expanded features. API access is available for agencies and content teams under separate terms.

You agree to use HumanAI only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use our service to:

• Generate content for academic dishonesty, including submitting humanized text as your own original work when prohibited by your institution.
• Create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract our proprietary algorithms or models.
• Circumvent rate limits, share accounts, or abuse the free tier through multiple accounts.
• Use the service to generate spam, phishing content, or materials for fraud.
• Integrate our tools into competing services without written permission.

Free tier: No account required. Usage is limited to 3 attempts per tool per day, with word count limits (200 words per humanization attempt, 500 words for detection).

Paid subscription: Requires an email address. Subscription costs $9.99/month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

HumanAI, its design, branding, and software are our intellectual property. You retain full ownership of all text you submit to our tools.

Output generated by our tools is yours to use. We claim no ownership over humanized or analyzed text. However, you are responsible for how you use the output, including compliance with your institution's policies.

Our name, logo, and brand elements may not be used without written permission, except as permitted by fair use.

We do not guarantee that humanized text will bypass any specific AI detector, including Turnitin, GPTZero, or others. AI detection technology evolves rapidly, and results vary by detector, text type, and configuration.

Our tools are designed to produce natural, human-like text. We provide detection verification tools to help you assess results, but ultimate responsibility for submitted content lies with you.

Claims of "100% bypass" or "undetectable" by any service should be treated with skepticism. We strive for quality and readability, not absolute bypass promises.

Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Key points: we do not store your submitted text, we collect minimal usage data, and we respect your privacy rights under applicable law.

HumanAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.
• Results will be accurate, reliable, or meet your specific requirements.
• Humanized text will bypass any particular AI detector.
• Errors or bugs will be corrected immediately.

Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 if you are a free-tier user.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HumanAI and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Our service may integrate with or link to third-party services (OpenAI, Stripe, Google Analytics). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to HumanAI at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of HumanAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by applicable international and local laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
